Means and Procedure for ARCO Rights and Consent Revocation

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data. However, you may only object to the processing of your personal data for purposes other than those necessary and that give rise to the legal relationship, without affecting the processing of primary purposes.

You may exercise your ARCO rights by contacting the responsible party via email at contacto@pisosescandinavos.com. The ARCO request must contain and include the following as stated in Article 29 of the Law:

I. The holder’s name and address or another means to communicate the response to their request.

II. Documents proving the holder’s identity or, where applicable, the legal representation.

III. A clear and precise description of the personal data concerning which any of the aforementioned rights are sought.

IV. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

If the provided information is incorrect or insufficient, or if the necessary accreditation documents are not included, our Personal Data Protection Department may request additional elements or documents within five (5) business days of receiving the request. You will have ten (10) business days to respond. If no response is received within this period, the request will be deemed not submitted. Our Personal Data Protection Department will communicate the decision within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received. If applicable, the request will be fulfilled within fifteen (15) business days after the response is communicated. The response will be provided electronically to the email address specified in the request

Limitation and/or Disclosure of Your Personal Data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending a request to our Personal Data Protection Department at contacto@pisosescandinavos.com. The requirements to verify your identity and the procedure to process your request will be governed by the same criteria stated in the previous section. If your request is valid, Pisos de Madera Escandinavos will register you in the corresponding exclusion list.
